THESE ARE THE 4 STEPS I USED AT THE BEGINNING OF MY JOURNEY  OF OVERCOMING THE TRAUMA OF MY RELATIONSHIP AND RISING FROM THE ASHES OF IT. . .

After my marriage failed, my world shattered into a million pieces. I didn't know what to do; I felt lost and overwhelmed by emotions. I didn't know where to start.
Then I used this time to rediscover who I was outside the relationship.
I started by investing my time in personal growth and pursued activities that brought joy and fulfillment.
Now, I am helping women who are stuck in the trauma of their past relationships and helping them rise from the ashes of it.
To anyone going through a divorce, take this time to find yourself. Do things you enjoy, be with friends, and be kind to yourself.
