To wake one day and realise that you have zero self-worth, no confidence and the idea of liking yourself was so foreign that you question your own existence. And to make matters worse I knew deep down I was not being a good role model for my son, is well heartbreaking.

Over the years I studied and became a qualified counsellor, searching to feel me again but helping others along the way. I continued to add to my toolbox because I always just seemed to be missing something, I found a way to overcome depression and started to really find me. I did workshops, seminars studied with some great people. I have titles and associations, but I still didn’t feel whole.

I would often ask, What was wrong with me?

Then in 2018 My rock bottom arrived where I had 3 major events happen within months of each other, my beloved mother had passed, my 2nd marriage ended and we had to sell our dream home, the family home that my children had grown up in. My life was in pieces and I just felt like I was shattered in to a million pieces on the floor.

As any life changing event does after it has slapped you one, it makes you assess every aspect of your life. I felt laid bare there was no hidden parts anymore and I needed to find a true way to heal. One that was permanent and everlasting.

Whilst all the tools I had developed, counselling, clinical hypnotherapist, Ultimate professional coach, meditation practitioner, helped I still felt there was something missing that is when I discovered Mace it was a miracle to me, with in the first session I felt instantly better, peaceful I loved the results so much I have now become a Mace practitioner.

Fast forward 2 years and I feel incredible that missing piece I was searching for had been found. I know and love who I am, and I personally have worked with 100’s of people helping every day women get back to who they were born to be. Breaking free permanently from depression, negative feelings and thoughts, anxiety, low self-worth any issue that is overwhelming. Helping them find and become confident, happy and living a fulfilled life like they deserve.

Using all my knowledge that I have learned and applied over the past 20 years and drawing on my own life experiences and offer a supportive, empathic environment that helps my clients to feel safe to open up and create the change they are looking for in their lives.
